(We had already purchased a 5 pose digital) The owner was working with me on purchasing packages for 3 more poses. I was told to call the office and make the order he arranged. Upon calling the office, I was told by a staff member that I could not make those purchases. She then changed her tone and sounded very annoyed. I explained to her that the OWNER told me to call and she basically said it wasn't his decision. After ending the call, I went online to purchase the 3 poses at the bare minimal price I was offered. That was on Dec 14. By Dec 15, the fee had already been taken from my bank account. I chose to pick the pictures up due to a $10 shipping fee. I waited 2 weeks and never heard from them. I started calling and leaving messages that went unanswered. Christmas came and went, and my calls weren't returned until January! That's when I told the same rep that I wanted my pictures. I was put on a lengthy hold. When she returned to the phone, I was informed that the studio never put my order in! But they sure did take my money out! She then told me they would have to REORDER the prints! Never apologized, never offered a discount, never offered to maybe reconsider the packages I originally wanted to purchase. Nothing! I then had to wait almost another 2 weeks (Jan 14) to finally get the 3 CHRISTMAS prints I ordered. I will never use them again! Horrible customer service!
