To be honest, I don't like going to travel agents to book my holiday as they tend to be expensive compared to online holiday booking. But last summer our holiday got cancelled because of an apparent 'online application process fault'. We could not claim our deposit back and were without a holiday. So we decided to go to a travel agent to find us a quick and cheap holiday. And this place found us the prefect place with the perfect price, in a nick of a time. And they were really helpful in giving us advice on how to be careful with online bookings. In the end it turned out to be a cheaper holiday than when we would have had booked it online. read more
