This place had you TVs on display but 3 out of 5 had broken screens. The guitars were there but one was a guitar hero guitar. I'm not sure if thats something to get at a pawn shop but I see them all the time for alot less at flea markets. They buy diamonds for .75 a diamond and the manager is a young man who is the one who decides how much it's worth. In all honesty this place is shady and most likely not a real pawn shop if you know what I'm saying. EZ Pawn is way better. You dont feel like they are ripping you off. Anyway....just dont go to this place.

I have been using this pawn shop for awhile, that the moment they drop the ball and try to forfeit…read moreyour sentiment pawn - it become very personal and no longer business. I never really had issues paying my pawns with extensions except when they told me that a ring with amulet was being forfeited. This ring was pawned together with graduation ring for $500. I was told one ring can on.y be $300 and since I could not get $500 I decide to include diamonds clustered ring to get $500. However, in July as I was making my monthly extension payment - I was told by manager about my forfeiture. I told him I had no forfeiture and he and female associate spoke to me over the counter never providing proof but what their screen said. I asked to speak to his boss and denied me that request telling me that I had to pay $499 in late charges. I was dumbfounded because I had been giving my payments on time to representatives and never told me about any forfeiture. I need someone in charge of this manager at 419 E Saunders investigated and his female counterpart on possible fraud relating to pawn. They managed to have me pay $99 and the rest and setup $578 on the cluster ring that was previously pawned with TxAM international graduation ring for $500. They split the pawn up and took my pendant from my rope chain at first cash pawn together cluster diamonds rind into $578 And then my most recent rings for $400 into a $618.70 pawn. Outrageous. They called it helping me out but instead of investigating their error on payments made they create a larger debt to my pawns. Please be very careful with very sly manager who never called his boss as I requested but created more hardship to repay when I never missed a thirty day payments.

I went in today to purchase an Xbox one game. brand new at Gamestop or Target or Walmart its at…read more$15. It was listed as $30 here. When I showed the ads from other store and inform them of the huge price gap they offered to lower it to 20 dollars. That is still $5 more than a brand new version of the game elsewhere. Bunch of criminals.
