She made me feel like I knew exactly what's going on with my teeth and what the next steps are and why. I would be seriously surprised if she hasn't been in the industry at least a decade based on the amount of knowledge she has. She doesn't look old enough to have been in the industry that long but yeah. She even showed me my x-rays and walked me through exactly what they were looking for and showed every spot of potential concern which I've never had anyone do at any dentist's office. The doctor was also really friendly and he talked to me like an actual person who might understand what he was saying which I'm not used to. This was overall just an amazing experience. I still might go back to Colby Community College for cleanings sometimes just because of the price but I would 1000% recommend EyeSmile for dental work. And especially Jada. She deserves a fat raise because whatever they pay her is absolutely not worth the care and effort she puts in.

We are from out of state but my daughter is attending school in Kansas. She was referred to this…read moreclinic to have her wisdom teeth extracted. The director from the school made an appointment and informed me that the clinic wanted the copay at the time of service. I contacted the clinic and they couldn't tell me what the copay was! My daughter and the director had plans for a 6 hour round trip the next day that I had to cancel. A day later I was informed of the copay and approved. The next day the clinic called to tell me that since my daughter is a minor (17) I MUST be present to sign the authorization papers for the doctor to proceed. I tried to explain that I am 5 states away and disabled but it fell on deaf ears. I suggested electronic authorization that I've done before and that wasn't acceptable either. We're going elsewhere, I guess our money isn't good enough here.

She came out with hickey marks on her face, red marks all over her body on every single part of her body including bruising on her face and arms. I am filing a complaint Monday and I hope hat NOBODY every takes a child to this place. It was the most horrible thing I've ever seen especially for my child to go through. I also told this man to stop numerous times but that didn't matter. I had to physically put my hands on his hands to take them off of holding my daughters face down by her temples. Please don't ever go to this guy if you don't want your child to be ruined by the doctor or dentist.

Actually ordered via a menu, not given only "today's special" + My assorted specialty clinics have been professional. When asked processes were described to my understanding. - During a recent ER visit by my wife following an accident a friend called to tell me she was taken to the ER. Upon my arrival I told the clerk who I was, by name, and who my wife was. She told me my wife already had two visitors and she had to get permission for me to visit! Sorry this is unacceptable. Unless my wife specifically said she didn't want me there or in case of a restraining order, a spouse should have priority over non family members! - Previously during an ER visit of my wife I was called by the doctor. I left work at DOC early still in uniform. Once at the ER I was asked to step out briefly while my wife was being examined. While out in the hall a member of Security, not knowing anything, ordered me to get back in with my PRISONER! Once I explained he mellowed out. Later at post operation area this error in judgement by staff occurred again. By the Charge Nurse. By the I was worn out worried about my wife, I made it clear to him I was not here with an inmate and for him to learn who the patients were in his ward that shift. Luckily those examples of staff jumping to conclusions were the exception rather than the rule.

It's right after Christmas, 2020. My father was sent to Hays medical for aspiration pneumonia. He…read morewas admitted to the 2nd floor. For the two weeks he was there, he was minimally seen, unless it was time for the Dr to swing by to make a visit. Whenever that was. It was during COVID, so needless to say, it was difficult and sad for those patients. When I was there, he was so hungry. No one was checking to see if he was getting any food or liquids. We weren't sure if he was allowed. There was little conversation from the staff. I would've thought they would've provided food through an IV or alternate methods. It was frustrating. It was after the latest scan of his lungs, we saw the Dr. I was facing my father on the bed. The Dr came in to talk to him. Apparently my focus on my father and not looking at the Dr caused the Dr to poke me sternly in the ribs to get my attention. What the fuck. Bad enough you can't care for my father, but you think you have the right to touch the family member. To the point, after discussing options with my father about scoping and pulling out obstacles from his lungs, the Dr told him he would be sedated and placed on oxygen to recover. My father told him he didn't want to be placed on oxygen in that way and that he preferred to use a less evasive measure. The next day we found my father in ICU and sedated and on the oxygen machine. I kept asking the nurses if he could be let off the machine, to see if he can be released from sedation. He woke up to me and was upset. I could see the sadness in his eyes, the frustration, the look he gave me... I'll never forget. He did not want this and he told the Dr not to do this. We didn't see that Dr until he had to do CPR after his heart gave out. This was also after my father was released from his sedation with weakened lungs which was found to be punctured from the CPR and weakening from the oxygen machine. It didn't help but to hear the staff joking and laughing as they continued to do CPR and while trying to bring my father back ... Seriously wtf kind of ICU do you have going on there people. My poor father. It was a sad day for our family. And the worst day of our lives. He passed at that hospital in Jan 2021. I Highly suggest you do not go there for any urgent matters.
