She made me feel like I knew exactly what's going on with my teeth and what the next steps are and why. I would be seriously surprised if she hasn't been in the industry at least a decade based on the amount of knowledge she has. She doesn't look old enough to have been in the industry that long but yeah. She even showed me my x-rays and walked me through exactly what they were looking for and showed every spot of potential concern which I've never had anyone do at any dentist's office. The doctor was also really friendly and he talked to me like an actual person who might understand what he was saying which I'm not used to. This was overall just an amazing experience. I still might go back to Colby Community College for cleanings sometimes just because of the price but I would 1000% recommend EyeSmile for dental work. And especially Jada. She deserves a fat raise because whatever they pay her is absolutely not worth the care and effort she puts in.

I saw a Handicap spot in employee parking ,but someone had parked in the loading zone for that spot. I took a picture. I had the circle the entire building five times before I could find a spot close to the pharmacy. I have no dental insurance so I asked on my phone conversation if they had a standard fee for tooth extraction. One x-ray and one tooth extraction.= 107$. Sounded reasonable to me so I made the appointment. After I was done talking with the doctor I opted to wait until the infection was gone before the extraction. I was taken to billing where I was informed that the extraction would be another 297$. The 107$ was initial exam and one x-ray of one tooth. What ever it takes to get the "rubes" in, right? Had I allowed the "Dr" to extract my tooth I would have been charged over 400$ or dragged into debtors court. I honestly do not see how these people can sleep. I guess if you have enough money one can simply buy the right sleep aides, right? it's enough to turn ones stomach.

Recently, the screw broke in a 30 yr. old implant. the "tooth" broke off the implant itself, leaving part of the miniscule screw inside. Using a pointy instrument, the screw turned a bit but stopped. The director from the school made an appointment and informed me that the clinic wanted the copay at the time of service. I contacted the clinic and they couldn't tell me what the copay was! My daughter and the director had plans for a 6 hour round trip the next day that I had to cancel. A day later I was informed of the copay and approved. The next day the clinic called to tell me that since my daughter is a minor (17) I MUST be present to sign the authorization papers for the doctor to proceed. I tried to explain that I am 5 states away and disabled but it fell on deaf ears. I suggested electronic authorization that I've done before and that wasn't acceptable either. We're going elsewhere, I guess our money isn't good enough here.

She came out with hickey marks on her face, red marks all over her body on every single part of her body including bruising on her face and arms. I am filing a complaint Monday and I hope hat NOBODY every takes a child to this place. It was the most horrible thing I've ever seen especially for my child to go through. I also told this man to stop numerous times but that didn't matter. I had to physically put my hands on his hands to take them off of holding my daughters face down by her temples. Please don't ever go to this guy if you don't want your child to be ruined by the doctor or dentist.
