It was a very stressful time when my mother-in-law passed away, but Jason made the whole process so easy when it came to funeral preparations, the burial, obituary writing, etc. He responded to our questions right away, day or night. On his day off, he even stopped by the shiva to pay further respects to our family. In the years following my mother-law's passing, Jason was kind enough to check in with my father-in-law frequently to see how he was doing after losing his beloved wife of 53 years. He even took him out for a burger a few months ago! Who does that?!? Parting with a loved one is never easy, but JS Goldstein could not have been any better to us at a time when we really needed that extra TLC.

My mom and I were in full grieving mode, and both Bill and Joanne did a great job answering our questions and addressing our concerns, all while having to deal with other grieving families. Also appreciate how they were able to coordinate effectively with the doctor so that the death certificate could be expedited. This is my first go-around with the loss of a loved one and I must say that it takes an incredible amount of resolve.
