I would give this bank zero stars if I could. They are the absolute worst bank ever. My parents…read moreused them for a home loan and they tried to rip them off at every turn. They had damage to their house from a hail storm and the bank made them give the money to them and didn't want to give them the extra. My issues stem from all the overdraft fees I have gotten from them. Yes some were my fault but most were theirs. They take the charges first than enter the deposits that way you go into the negative and they can charge you. Also, they charge you a monthly maintenance fee and don't get me started on the ATM's if you don't use one of theirs you don't only get charged the ATM fee but US Bank charges another one on top of that so you end up spending at least 7 dollars just to get your money out. Also most of the tellers are very rude. That is why I am quitting this bank. I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend this bank.

Then I went through the drive through to cash a ck from my husband's Chase acct, they said it would cost me $8 to cash it because I don't have an acct w them! How can they chg me $8 to cash a ck drawn on one of their accts? Freakin' ridiculous! I will be closing my credit card w them. Chase will get no further business from me.
