I end up having to reset my password every single time I need to log in to transfer funds in or out. I've given up. You need a new platform! Credit union of Colorado has the best online banking app in Colorado, take some hints from them. Overall, if you want seemless ach transfers and customer service that provides fast and easy solutions, go somewhere else. I'll be pushing to refi this loan as soon as possible. Unfortunately my credit took a late payment hit because I couldn't get an ach transfer through to save my life and conveniently "we can't take debit cards over the phone" which is bs since they've done that for me several times in the past. For example, I had to order checks from them no less than 10 times over a course of nearly six months because they couldn't seem to complete a check order correctly. I have a hard time believing that even severe incompetence could actually make them screw up as badly and as often as they do.
