Loving atmosphere, non-pretentious with a non equivocational preaching style that is highly references and has biblical integrity. Tons of services, and opportunities to serve. Very, very strong and active youth and missions programs. The music/worship services rotate 4-5 music teams with resulting variety of music.

I stopped for Friday prayer as I was visiting the city for work for two days. The have two Jamaat for Friday, but the first one was not crowded at all as I was expecting based on my experiences in other mosques around the country. It was easy to find parking in the lot. As soon as we walked in…read morethe door, we were greated by coutless folks that went out of their way to make us feel sincerely welcome. There was a refreshing happiness in the air. Sad, so many others lack this. The pastor was a kind gentleman who also made us feel very welcome. The only reason we aren't going to make this our new church home is simply 'preference' that I won't mention here, as it would suggest this church is 'lacking' in some way. We recommend you give this church a try.

So I left, and after a bit the rest of my family left. After a few years I decided to go visit Sonora Baptist Church, I had been to VBS their as a small child, and the church welcome me with open arms, and the pastor him self welcomed me with open arms. They did not judge me, they just Loved me, in a way no church body had ever done before in my life. After all this and still having some ups and some downs I have made Sonora my new church and I have been going their now for the last 13+ years. If you can't find a church home 0lease come visit mine. The Holy Spirit is running this place.
