It has been a consistent experience to where I cannot access my money over the weekend because it gets "warmed" accidentally due to online purchases, even with things as simple as Uber Eats purchase, you will lose access to your money for the entire weekend, until they reopen. The staff is very nice but this issue has left me feeling like this bank has no space for me or my demographic, which is a single mom living paycheck to paycheck. I have been left unable to buy groceries or get gas because of this banks mode of operation. I will be leaving this bank as soon as I have the space on my schedule to reopen a new account elsewhere.

We walked in with the plan to open a joint account and close the current account he had, however we walked out with a closed account and the staff harassing us like we did something wrong to them. The ugly rude man that sits at the desk in the front (looking like buddy the elf mixed with Chip Pemberton if he didn't have any money) tried to size up my husband after he refused to give us our bank card back and ended up looking like a little girl. I would recommend any other bank branch besides this one. I don't know if it was just this location or what but I will not be back. I don't know how my husband previously banked with them. I should have known to turn around after I seen how empty the parking lot was.

I am James Moore and i making this review in regards too Patrick Flinchum; Business banking…read morerelationship Manager. on 10/23/25, Thursday. in regards to a business line of credit, he said he would run my credit and get back with me by the following Monday, the 27th he never called. i called him today 10/28/25, Tuesday. and Mr. Flinchum barely remembered my name. after going through what he said was someone else's notes, he came up that my credit was 702 and that i needed a 720 and that there was a business credit card on my business credit profile that was in collections of $112 from 8-18-2023. last payment of 10 dollars. First, I would like to say that's totally bogus. not to mention Mr. Flinchum could not give me anymore information other than that. Mr. Flinchum is a total waste of time, this man didn't even look at my account with first horizon bank. I don't know how he got his position, i read his LinkedIn report which looks like he's been bouncing around from bank to bank, which tells he is not professional or consistent. i am, considering discontinuing my banking with this bank, because of this, James Moore.
