After attending the in-person course, I received no certification. When I followed up, it took three days to get a reply--only to be told I was marked absent, despite having temporary proof of completion. For the high price they charge, the service quality is unacceptable. They clearly struggle to keep proper records and communicate in a timely, respectful manner. Would not recommend.

For EMR course nowhere on their website does it state that you have to know the entirety of the textbook (which they give you AFTER you register for the course) before coming into the course, which means if you registered too close, you HAVE to reschedule or you will risk failing the class, which means you will have to pay another thousand dollars. This business model is set up in a way that misinforms and misguides the customer, so they can keep milking the $150 fee. Ridiculous.
