Poor Service - Vehicle Damage & No Accountability…read more I brought my vehicle to this Mavis location for routine service and left with new problems that were not there beforehand. Shortly after pickup, I began experiencing sensor malfunctions and the alignment was clearly off. The vehicle drove differently immediately, and warning indicators appeared that had never shown prior to service. I reported the issues to the store and later to corporate. I was repeatedly told I would receive a callback, including from a regional director, but those promises never materialized. I have been waiting since December 2025 for meaningful follow-up and still have not received a direct response or resolution. Calls often went unanswered, or I was told no one was available to assist. I understand mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication, accountability, and urgency to resolve the damage has been extremely disappointing. I was left spending additional time and money to correct issues that began here. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location and hope the company improves both quality control and customer support. Now it's closed?
