So about 6p I pulled into the Firestone at 15th and Western because my low pressure tire light came on yesterday (my boyfriend "thought" he filled the tiew correctly but bless his heart... well, he tried ). I go in and explain the issue quickly to a older (appears 60s with gray hair and beard, hefty overweight build) and the SOB just sitting there tells me he has one guy (lie) and he can pull him off his job to check the pressure if I have some cash to give him a tip. Excuse me! I said nope no cash as he told me where to move. I included pics of the fabulous help they provided as a courtesy to this old poor woman, I should be grateful ya know. He did check ONE tire and said bye. I mean nevermind the cc we have had for 10yrs, ALL the new tires, breaks, oil changes, and repairs throughout the years on multiple cars. May I suggest this lazy POS possibly get off his dairy-aire and do this himself since there was no one else in the front or coming inside or even outside. I am service and "tipped out." I had to have my car towed to this location due to a simple flat tire on the Turnpike... that turned into a major headache - due to us not having the correct wheel lock key for the lug nut. They took me in as a walk in (despite being completely booked on their schedule for the day) and took very good care of my car. Got checked in and I left. About 30 min later, I get an email with an estimate for $43 just to fix a flat!! I went and got my car and took it to Discount Tires where they fixed it for free!! I've never had a problem with this location but I've also never brought my boyfriend with me before to get my car serviced. In light of BLM I don't want to say this was a racial issue but the way the manager treated us both when we walked in was a complete 360 from when I've had my car serviced here in the past. Despite this being a racial issue, treating a customer the way we both were treated is unacceptable. I requested an oil change and spark plug replacement and told the person on the phone that I would have to wait with my car since my boyfriend just got back from deployment and we are looking at cars for him. He told me it wouldn't be a problem and tried to tack on an over $100 service for fuel system cleaning which I told him I didn't want. Making the appointment wasn't a problem, showing up was. We would told that this appointment was supposed to be a drop off, that the mechanic working on oil changes wouldn't be in until 1 and that I was wrong in saying that this appointment was a waiting appointment. He also read off all the work that was going to be done to my car, which included the fuel system clean which I originally said I did not want nor would pay for. When I requested a reschedule the man didn't say a word to me and took a phone call. Also no one was wearing masks at all despite the signs explaining the CDC guidelines. read more

I will give it 3 stars for an average from my two visits. Visit 1- I had a nail in my tire at 6:45 on a Monday evening , pulled in just before close and Randy was incredibly helpful, friendly, and ready to help fix the problem. Visit 2- one week later, another nail, in a different tire. I arrived just before close, again, because that is when the nail appeared and the tire issues had begun-- and another gentleman was assisting the customers. This gentleman was so rude and disrespectful to the customers in line before me that by the time I got to the register I wasn't sure I wanted to even ask if he could fix my flat, but I did and I was told he could not help me. Probably for the best. This gentleman was visibly distressed, angry, and not at all someone who should be representing any company up front as he was. The other men around seemed more than willing to help get any job done. Perhaps they should have swapped positions. I get that people have bad days, but this mans behavior towards the customer immediately in front of me was inexcusable. I will not be choosing this location, ever again, for any services that aren't scheduled where I know who will be assisting me. read more

Don't even bother if you're in any kind of hurry. I called to make an appointment to get a taillight replaced but they said just to bring it in that it would take about 30 minutes when they got to it. When I went in there were two men at the kiosks but both were on the phone so I sat down to wait. When they got off the phones, they went to the computers and one began looking in the file drawer. Neither one spoke to me, said, Be with you in a minute, or acknowledged me in any way. A third employee came in, walked pst me and went into the back. I stood up for a minute and then just decided they had all the business they needed and went on down the street. Evidently they have all the business they can handle. read more

Left my car all day to have a low tire checked. Dropped it off at 7:20 am. At 6:00 pm Randy told me they couldn't repair the tire and they put the spare tire on. They stripped the lug bolts when they put the spare on! I wanted to get 4 new tires and he had no interest in selling me a new set. I have used Firestone exclusively for 20 years with all of my cars! Never again, I had to make all of the calls to check on my car. To top it off I never got a survey from Firestone for my service. I called another Firestone location and asked them to check my email address in my account. My email address had been changed by Randy so I would not get the survey. Very subpar operation! read more

I took my car in because I had a flat tire. The guy at the counter told me it was patchable but that I needed two new tires in the back because they were bald and with this weather (this was when it was snowing out in December) it was dangerous. So I told him ok to put two new tires on. I drove my car home which is directly across the street, I could stand out my door and throw a rock at the building. I wake up the next day to a flat tire, the one they said was patchable. So I get back over there and they put it on the rack and tell me that I must have punctured it again because it has a new puncture right next to where the patch is and it is no longer patchable. Keep in my mind I have not driven my car besides to their shop. Nor did I puncture it again. And they tell me I need a 3rd new tire, which they no longer have my tire in stock so I have to wait for someone to bring it over from another shop. By the time all this happens and they get the tire on , I'm over it and ready to go. But meanwhile while I'm waiting another gentleman comes in and wants to know why he brought his car in for service and now something is wrong with the car that they can't fix and that problem needs to be handled at the dealership and he did not have that issue before bringing his car to this Firestone. So anyways it's time for me to go they bring my car around to me and it's making a terrible sound but the guy driving it says nothing to me but the sound is so loud he had to of heard it. To me it sounded like a card when you put it in the spokes of a bike. So I drove it home. The next day I wake up and it's making the same loud sound. Before I even get out of the neighborhood this time my timing belt (serpentine belt) has come loose. My car is now parked in my driveway where it has sat for over a month now. I spent all my money on tires and now I have to find someone who will come to my house to fix my car. I will never go to another Firestone ever! From what I can read on their reviews I'm not the first customer who has experienced this same problem. They are crooks. read more

I rarely submit reviews but I had to post my experience with this Firestone Complete Auto Care. I have previously used them for battery replacement, oil service and tire replacement. Each time they try very hard to work you in same day. While work usually takes a couple of hours, that is a standard in this industry. Most recently, I needed a tire replacement, though I had lost the wheel lock key for my car, they were able to still do the work and replaced all my wheel locks for a very reasonable cost. Friendly staff, shoot you straight and do not pressure you on additional services. I like these folks! read more

This place tried to scam us. I took our work vehicle in Thursday afternoon and asked to get the tires rotated. They told me they might not be able to get it done that day but will Friday. I told them as long as it's done before Friday @5 that would be ok because we are taking it out of town and have to have it done. Friday morning rolls around and I called and they hadn't started on it but Arron said they were getting ready to and asked if I wanted a free brake inspection. I said sure. Well sure enough they called me back and told me the front brakes weren't working at all, and the rear differential is leaking oil onto the rear brakes and have ruined the drums. He told me on the phone he didn't know how we even made it in there and the vehicle was unsafe to drive. He wrote up an estimate of everything the vehicle needed to be safe with a total of $2300. Knowing that we had to have the vehicle done that day to take it out of town and the next day and no other place could get it done I'm sure they thought we would just say do it and suck it up and pay for it. I told him no, we wouldn't do that and we will take it to someone else. He get agitated on the phone and asked if he took 10% off if he could earn our business, we still said no. (We had already talked to another mechanic and he told us a whole new braking system would cost $1000 or less at his place. So if that wasn't bad enough, that they were trying to charge double what most other people would do it for, we took it to the other mechanic, and they looked over the whole system and told us NOTHING AT ALL IS WRONG. The brake pads still had almost an inch left of life, and everything works perfectly, and he couldn't see any need for anything to be done. Not even flushing the brake fluid. This place tried to scam us out of $2300 to do a job that they made up, and didn't even need to be performed. Definitely stay away from here. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

I have tried to use them now three times and each time I have been let down! First two times they told me they couldn't fix the flat tire I had; first two times it was not enough tread life on the tire and today it was "it'll be three hours before we can look at it" no thanks! My car had loose battery terminals. They insisted on doing complete diagnostic workup. Refused to just replace the terminals. In the end, they only replaced the terminals to get it to function. It cost $378.- I feel like I got ripped. It isn't the first time I have had this experience with them. Several years ago, they were helpful, honest, and a great deal. The new management is awful. We bought the lifetime rotate and balance tire plan when they first opened. However whenever you try and get your tires rotated, they are always too busy and can't fit you in. read more

I was told 1 1/2 hours to repair a screw in my tire. I came back 2 hours later and car had not been touched. I was then told it would be another hour, I asked what happened to the 1 1/2 hr time and the head guy got a nasty tone and ask the guy who helped us if he told us 1 1/2 hours. Came in around 8:30 am asked about an oil change and tire replacement , gave the budget of where I needed to be and they still tried to upsell me which had no interest In pricing was way over what I intended but was going to go through it anywas , asked how long it would take and was told "about noon" so I waited . After seeing many cars go in before mine assuming it was apts it gets to 12:07 and I see my car hasn't been touched . Asked how long it would take again and was told "they're just about to look at it " I work at 1 pm so by that time it's too late .. guy at the desk says "sorry about that we got backed up " wouldve been nice to know that they wouldn't have been able to look at it until 12 not should be ready by noon . I wish I could give this zero stars. My husband slid into a curb during snow storm and brought it there because it was closest. They tried to charge him 1900 for sliding into a curb!! When I heard that I knew something was wrong so I went up there to get the estimate and cancel the order and they couldn't even give me a number! He printed off 3 different copies before giving it to me and it took around 10 minute. He also left and went to talk to mechanic about the ticket and came back. I'm sure the fact that before I asked for an estimate I told him my friend was a mechanic and was going to take a look at it. When he finally gives me it he claims that he doesn't know how to put the total on the paper and a few charges would be missing. So I calculate it and it was 175 under the price the told my husband it would be. They also claimed that they put a 10% discount on it for setting up a payment plan. When you do the math they actually just ADDED $50 which isn't even 10% of 1900!! I was fuming! Anyway, we take it to Jerry's Auto in Edmond which was recommended by a friend and he was so nice! He fixed the whole thing for $575!! What?! Yes this is real! He said that half of what they stated we needed wouldn't even be able to be known until they went in and started working on it. Needless to say I was jumping for joy knowing I saved $1,325!!! Really pathetic and unacceptable for such a cooperate and huge company, not to mention brand new!!! I will make sure anyone I talk to knows this is full of crooks and cheaters! read more

I went there the afternoon of 1-28-16. I am a frequent user of Firestones, and I have never been treated so rudely by a Firestone employee as I was on this visit. The man at the desk was condescending, unsympathetic, and totally unfriendly. The issue with my vehicle was something that could have been observed by merely stepping outside and looking at my vehicle. Would have taken thirty seconds. He couldn't even do that for me, and he never bothered to look up my information in the computer. He wanted me to make an appointment to come back for someone to take thirty seconds to look at my car! So, I had to drive to another firestone that is farther away from my house. The guys at the other firestone were all friendly and took excellent care of me. From now on, I will be driving the extra few miles so long as that individual is working at this firestone. read more
