I asked to add more detail to my contract before signing and it took him over a week to respond to me. Come to find out he double booked himself within the week of no communication with me. He gave the other couple 24 hours to pay their deposit and if not i could secure my date. HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HIM SINCE. Very unfortunate that I will now not have a videographer at my wedding due to his carelessness.

We met Doug and his family at a charity event for the local children's hospital. When he heard the…read morestory of our infant daughter having spent a lot of the first year of her life at this hospital, he immediately volunteered to do our first family shoot. He drove a very long way to meet us and take gorgeous pictures that my family will treasure forever. It's not only pictures that we have though. Doug captured memories and feelings on film. I look at these pictures today and remember how good it felt to be celebrating our daughter's strength and resilience. It was such a fun, easy time and Doug made us completely comfortable. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!
