I particularly liked that I could design my business card using their website, use my own logo, and not have to go through a physical person. I do, however, really wish they had more design options on their website. The only reason that I did not go with an online printing company this time, was because I needed the business cards faster than they could printed and mailed to me. My business cards were ready in less than 48 hours. I wasn't going to be in town that day (a thursday) and asked if I could come in over the next few days. I was told that was no problem at all. When I did finally get in on the following Monday to pick them up, I have to admit I found it a little difficult to identify where their front door was. there were a few areas with a door open from the footpath that said "staff only." But, eventually I navigated my way to the entrance, was quickly helped, and my cards were given to me. Before a book launch I also had a few posters printed here, they were very helpf ul and informative in terms of helping me pick the correct size and number I would need. All in all big fan!

Hackett Reprographics serve as both a high quality stationery shop for all the needs of architects and designers and so forth, and also as high quality printing shop for architects and designers and so forth. They are on the pricier side but they are known for providing a quality service, which is often times a hard to come by. This is an Irish company that has grown to be the leading independent reprographics company in the UK and Ireland. I don't know if this excludes anywhere that doesn't have 'reprographics' in the title, if so it's probably not worth bragging about. Snap printing Little Island, Cork are grossly unprofessional. I had 2 weeks to get some laminated…read moreposters printed for an exhibition. They wasted the first week back and forth on email with trivial nonsense. They didn't return my call. Then with a few days to go to the exhibition they said they couldn't do the job due to 'current workload'. So effectively I was left with 'nothing' for my exhibition and not enough time to get it done elsewhere. Not a fan of the way they do business.

They sorted me out really quickly, I brought all the documents I wanted to print in a usb stick so I was able to just use the computer there and choose all the different print settings I needed and send them to the printer, it was pretty straightforward. Staff was nice, but they could've been a little bit more helpful - I was leaving there with about 90 printed pages and they didn't even offer to put them in a pouch or a paper bag for me, instead I had to ask for one - and then they provided it with no problem, but this is the kind of thing that makes the difference between four and five stars.

You get to pay less the larger your print job needs is. At most other places, that would go the other way around. The staff can also work with you to get same day turn around on whatever you have. I've typically walked in with a flash drive, explained what on it needs to be printed, and I walk out within 30 minutes. Color and black/white quality have been standard. *You can make a special request for photo quality paper or CV/Business related paper. That extra professional touch is worth it for cents upgrades.

I did not ask the man in question to strip naked and dip himself in hot oil, I actually just asked him to help me help him get my money. He looked at me with probably the same contempt Sr Mary did when I got caught for mitching school to bet on the horse-racing at a local race-course. But I was wrong then. I admit, kids should stay in school and not gamble. Yesterday I was not wrong. 'I can't do that, do you even know what type of file it is?!' He mocked me. I am not a fan of people mocking me. 'So basically you are saying you can't do it.' 'You will have to get graphic designers involved.' 'To PRINT A FILE?!!!' His face was started to repulse me so I cursed loudly as I left calling him something that all men have in a fun word play.
