He showed up exactly when he said he would show up. Something tells me he knew what was wrong with it before he even opened up my fireplace. He's been repairing gas fireplaces for about 15 years and this guy knows his stuff. He had me up and running in about an hour. If I wasn't constantly hovering over his shoulder and asking him questions, he probably could've been done in 45 minutes. He replaced the broken parts, cleaned the burner, replaced the rock wool,cleaned the glass, so forth and so on. I think it works better now than when it was new.

I was pleasantly surprised by an immediate response from the owner/operator of All Around Handyman, who requested that I select and schedule a date and time on his calendar which I did. Chad arrived ten-minutes early with a big smile on his face. I found him to be knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. As well as a very resourceful handyman.
