I was told the job would be 4 weeks. It ended up being 8weeks to complete. The two some times three people would work for 2 hours a day. The entire plumbing pipes underground was replaced. There was a HUGE mess left behind and I had to pay another contractor to come in and fix it. I asked if the pipes could be less revealing but was told it would cost more money and they would have to dig up the lawn again to place a box around it. I don't know if other companies would have done this shabby work but I am not happy about that. I cannot recommend this company for any big plumbing jobs.

I signed up for Fosters maintenance plan and had their guy come out to do an inspection on my equipment etc. etc. I cannot tell you how comfortable I felt with him saying "we don't need to clean your vents because they're clean," and then he told me everything that was right about my equipment and air handling, etc. I'm just so impressed that he did not sell me vent cleaning, and I wanted it, and he said you don't need it. That's an honest person, and I believe an honest company hires honest people. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. Shout out to Zack and Spanky.

A sales representative, Sam, came out later that afternoon and took measurements and looked at at everything ac related and installed a temporary window unit. Came back Saturday morning with a quote for new units and explained everything in detail to my father. What should have taken 15 minutes to explain turned into 45 minute trip. Sam took the time to sit and chat with my father about fishing and being in the service. Being in hospitality for 30+ years it is nice to see being hospitable is not dead. This time spent with my father made my day and made my dad smile. Sam is top notch, professional and most importantly personable. Thank you Fosters for treating your customers like family.

In California we lived on a ranch in the middle of no where agricultural country. We never had any need to lock the house or the cars. (This is important later) We had just spent a week towing a trailer from there to here. Finally, got the truck unloaded, started putting the bed together so we could call it a night, when we decided to step outside for a smoke break. Like a normal person, I shut the door behind me. It was 8pm and we enjoyed the cool evening weather while swaying in the rocking chairs on the porch. Husband asks if I shut the door and I reply with a snarky, "of course I did" The look on his face made my heart sink. Yup, you guessed it, ALL the doors and of course windows were solidly locked. While he attempted to find a way in, I cried at what an idiot I was while trying to find a locksmith that would come out so late. My first call was to SSS. He was so kind! He was an hour away, had just settled in for his night off but came back to Danville! He showed up exactly when he said he would and had us in the house in less then 5 minutes. He was friendly, understanding, quick and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this company (I'm sorry I can't remember your name‍ Matt or Mike?)
