The work that Brownwick did was nothing short of amazing. This was a large project (for us at least), and there were many pieces that could have gone sideways and derailed things quite easily. Our home is an old house with a lot of quirks, but Rob and Chris kept everything under control. In the end, Brownwick Construction's work blew our expectations away. The icing on the cake was when our town's building inspector came to perform the final inspection on the modified property. He mentioned to me that the quality of the work was outstanding and was some of the best he'd seen. That was not the first time I'd heard that sort of remark from an inspector - throughout the process, various inspectors from our town voiced the same sentiment - from electrical to mechanical to building. We had to re-do our roof quite a few years ago, and then had them come out several times for periodic recoating since then (and probably due for another). They are very responsive and communication is good. Costs seem to be in line with the market in general. We didn't have leaks beforehand and it doesn't leak now so all I can say about that is so far so good. We have recommended them to many of our neighbors and probably eight or 10 other houses nearby have used their services and everything I have heard has been very positive. Hopefully I don't need any roof repair in the future but if I do I would use them.

I gave my address and never heard back, so I moved on to another company. Today, 10 days after they never responded after I gave my address, while in the middle of a meeting, I hear a bang outside and my dog freaks out. I go outside to find two men with a ladder against the front of my house and climbing to the roof! I had no idea they were coming and they were fully on their way to climbing up my house without my permission! The problem wasn't even on the roof, so I have no idea what they would have done once they got up there. When I messaged the company to say I didn't appreciate them coming unannounced and unscheduled, I was told it was my fault for not specifying that I expected a call before they showed up! Wild. Do NOT send this company your address--even for an estimate--or else they may randomly show up to your house and climb up on your roof unannounced and they will go up there whether you are home or not. Then if it bothers you they will blame YOU!
