We had a few meetings and put together terms that were offered to my wife. Once my wife's attorney came back refusing the terms, Chris became unresponsive to my emails and phone calls. Once I was able to talk to Chris, he said that we have to wait for the other attorneys terms. After 2 months of waiting, Chris finally asked the attorney if he was going to offer terms back to us after I had to requst this. Every time I talked to Chris, he made it seem like I was bothering him. I finally had to change attorneys and asked Chris for some .pdf documents, including the invoice of what he is charging me, and he refused to send and said, "They will be in the mail." I would not suggest this law firm to anyone!

Daniel Ball -- The Attorney I Needed When My World Fell Apart…read more I hired Dan during one of the darkest times of my life. After my now ex-husband discharged a firearm at me and portrayed the incident to law enforcement in a way that put the blame entirely on my response, I was charged with two felonies. Dan fought for me. One felony was dismissed, and the other was resolved as a misdemeanor with a deferred sentence, my record sealed and no fines. I wanted my day in court and for the truth to come out. Dan asked me to be pragmatic and explained honestly that a trial would be extremely expensive and put my fate in the hands of 13 people, while the resolution he negotiated guaranteed a favorable outcome. He told me what I needed to hear, not simply what I wanted to hear. He later represented me through a very contentious divorce. Then, on December 9, 2025, our 22-year-old son was murdered. Because of a no-contact order, I needed emergency court intervention to arrange his cremation and services. I called Dan during an appointment. He answered. Within about 30 minutes, he had an emergency order signed by the judge. I will never forget that. Dan is honest, pragmatic, compassionate, and truly puts his clients first. When communication was needed, he was there; when it wasn't, he didn't waste my money. I will forever be grateful Dan was in my corner!

Worst lawyer in town! It was awful. I felt as though they did not believe me when I told them what…read morewas wrong, and they limited me to one option, which was to get a surgery on my back. I was not comfortable with that, and I made them aware of it. But they made me feel that my feelings didn't matter. With that supposedly being the only solution, and I not willing to undergo such a procedure, they have basically given up on me. So now, I am a 21 year old with permanent ligament damage, and diminished hope. Said lawyer, talked me into closing my settlement even though I was against the idea, considering my back is still hurt. I strongly recommend people steer clear of this place. I honestly feel, they did not care about my well being, but instead their only concern, was to get me in and out, so they could get my money, and be done. They were not clear about any thing, and didn't care to expand my knowledge on any of it either. I am now left with no choices, and he's telling me to use the money I obtained from pain and suffering, to get my back worked on. Not to mention, I barely got anything back, even though I was ran over at 40mph on my motorcycle by a truck, and it was a hit and run. Luckily, there was a Billings police officer that witnessed the whole thing. With all that being said, I strongly advise you not to go here.
