He evaluated the possible issues and did some immediate adjustments to the downpipes in order to help remedy the problem leak, returning with additional brackets and carrying out flow tests on Christmas eve to check there were no other places where water was overflowing. Louis was polite, conscientious and punctual, I can recommend him. On the second piece of work Louis carried out at my property, he and his colleague John arranged for scaffolding to be set-up and carried out the removal of an old chimney stack at the back of the property, taking the brick down to below roof level, installing felt and new tiles over the opening and finishing with a tile vent.
