I believe in customer service. I have always had good experiences with this pharmacy. However,…read moretoday I experienced a pharmacist with the human connection of my big toe. I'm not going to leave a one star for the entire pharmacy because the rest of the staff are nice people. The amount of eye rolls and smirks she gave me because she had to call my out of town pharmacy for a verbal confirmation was insulting. Since I don't live here anymore, being without a prescription on a Friday evening is a pretty big deal to me. I was sorry I chose to go there today

When I moved back to my home town of Little Rock over 20 years ago, of course I needed a pharmacy…read more And I chose the pharmacy my 94-year-old Mom had used for decades: Don's. I really liked the idea of a family-owned business that has stood the test of time. Don's has been exceptional in service, and has gone above and beyond both for me and my Mom. When I had shoulder surgery and my sling had come entirely unwound off my shoulder, I drove to Don's, and Dusty helped me get it set back to rights. As Mom has grown older, her medical needs have changed, and Don's has ensured she has what she needs, when she needs it. There is a reason for our being loyal customers-- they invest themselves in your well-being. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Eric is a great, friendly guy, but everyone else has always been easy to get along with, too. I also appreciate the fact that they're ready to work with you regarding generics and your best deal (especially when funds are tight). Go there enough, over time, and it starts to feel like the old fashioned locally-owned pharmacies of yesteryear. My only complaint--which isn't really their fault--is that I wish that they had a drive-through. I got spoiled to that at their previous location, but gladly followed their customer service to where they are now... and if getting that wish means they'd be leaving this neck o' the woods, I don't want it.
