The Animal Medical Center of Wentzville is owned by a corporation rather than the veterinarians who practice at this clinic. The goal of a corporation is to make profits for its shareholders. Because of this, you will pay top price for veterinary services here. This doesn't affect the quality of care you receive but, it will affect your wallet.

They dont have any full time vets and we never know the part time vets and we don't ever meet them. Its not how it should be. Alot of the staff is very nice but it seems like a lot of them are new. Not sure what the shortage is. Also, half the time when you call Banfield no one answers. Or there is a message saying to call later. I know they must be very overwhelmed but it's not good!
