During my time in the store I was greeted, asked if I needed any help and had enough space to really shop without being bothered. However, when they noticed my arms were getting too full, they brought me a shopping bag. The retail workers answered my questions and when I went to check out, they double checked one of the sizes I was buying to make sure I wasn't buying the wrong size (it was much larger than the rest of the sizes I was buying as a gift). They also made sure I had the right amount of clothing to get the "buy one get" deal. The music they were playing might not be for all tastes, but was enjoyable for me and put me in a good mood. The store was very organized and clean, so it was easy to find the sizes and styles I was looking for. I'll definitely be back.

I'm originally from New England, and shopped Columbia stores often. They had what I needed to withstand the elements of every intense season -especially winter. The quality is impeccable. I bought an Omni-heat ski jacket several years ago, and it's still my go-to winter jacket. It's technically two jackets! In Florida, I wear the inside jacket when it drops below 50°, and the outside jacket as a rain coat. If I'm feeling crazy enough to travel back to ski country, the two jackets still flawlessly attach. The hiking boots are perfect for woodsy trails and mountain hikes, and offer both comfort and protection. Never ruin your sneakers again! The outlet store offers super competitive pricing and a vast selection.

I have shopped at this location quite a few times and each visit has been pleasant. Unlike some neighboring shops UA is well kept, organized and doesn't smell like feet. Everything is clearly labeled and not hard to find. I'd say the staff is typically down to earth and friendly with a few exceptions. Fitting rooms are spacious and clean but the spotlight lighting is a bit harsh. The children's store is attached and just a few footsteps away from the women's section. Ultimately the best pricing I've found on current UA trends outside of the late Sports Authority, but it's hit or miss clothing-wise for me. Well, I was left unsupervised and found the wonderful clearance section with and additional percentage off. I did not need but had to buy shoes because of the amazing prices. So I bought two pairs only after receiving great traditional customer service. First your foot print is taken to determine one's pressure points and measured so knowledge is power. Then, recommendations are made. Here's a store where one can actually sit comfortably while trying on various pairs of shoes until the correct fit is chosen. What a concept! No pressure sales persons. Instead easy intelligent conversation like you'd have with a family member who you'd depend on honest advice to compare selections. And the best part my shoes were on sale so having savings, selection, a quality shoe which actually fits with a company which will stand behind their product, well I'm sold. I'm an Elite reviewer with no connection to Good Feet. In fact, I was actually headed to the Lutz Premier outlet mall for one final desperate attempt to find a wide width show which fits when I decided to go across the street to have lunch at Zukku- San sushi bar which I found on Yelp. Upon leaving the restaurant I noticed that Good Feet was a few doors away so I thought I'd give this a look since I was about out of options. Suffice to say, after Good Feet I found no reason to search the mall for shoes. So I beat feet for home. I bought Brooks running and walking shoes. They are among the top rated for men & women who run, well made and they accomodate my custom orthotics.
