Thanks to Greg for the planning and Ian for the fitting and building work, our new kitchen is fabulous and we are extremely pleased with the final result. However, I'm afraid I cannot concur with previous comments regarding helpfulness. There were a few issues towards the end of the fitting regarding delivery of doors which resulted in a delay in completion, there was no communication from Fineline re this and if it wasn't for Ian working long hours, fitting would have gone into a 4th week. 3 weeks after completion we have received no follow up call to see if everything is OK (despite being told we would receive one). We are also waiting for a light and a new fridge tray as these were broken, but have heard nothing. When my husband phoned to chase this up we were made to feel like we were wasting their time. Numerous times we have been told someone will call but no one has ever arrived. If you want a fabulous kitchen but bad customer service then choose Fineline, otherwise, I'd go elsewhere. read more
