After driving 10 hrs to visit St. Albans, VT for the week and various (fun) activities while I've been here, I decided I was in desperate need of a massage. Empower Medspa fit me in for a 90 min deep tissue massage with Heather D. Let me tell you it was FANTASTIC! I'm a real spa and massage snob so I was hesitant to book at a medspa where massage really isn't the main focus. However, this massage was just what I needed! Heather was very knowledgeable of the pain and disc issues I had, as well as of the human body. She dug right in to my pain points and loosened my muscles significantly, it was a huge relief. She even had me turn on each side to really dig into spots that most massage therapists rarely touch. I highly recommend Heather and the Empower medspa!!

Besides the fact that the schedule is more doable and the program is less expensive than what is available in Burlington, Dawn Mulheron cannot be beat for knowledge of anatomy and massage and the ability to transfer her knowledge to her students. And besides that, she has an amazing spirit! As my program comes to a close, I am confident about my skills and knowledge. I will so miss my classmates and my weekly dose of "Wellness." I highly recommend the program!

Dr. Heyne, a graduate of Palmer, a highly respected chiropractic university, is a real professional. She exudes a sweet spirit and an outstanding expertise, helping to reduce pain allowing the body's own healing apparatus to kick in. Dr. Heyne addresses range of motion issues and alignment problems with aplomb. Her husband, also Dr. Heyne, worked with me upon one occasion. His approach is, also, excellent. Both set a patient upon a course that is relatively short, respectful of monetary limits, with long-term efficacy. Highly recommend this lovin' team.

I had to go to the Spine Institute in Burlington. He could have paralyzed me from the neck down or even killed me. I was lucky all he did was sprain my neck. Dr. Chad Volk does manual adjustments and uses his entire body weight to force your bones into whatever position. I wanted to continue my care for my back. I sought out Dr. Molly as I heard she has an instrument called the Activator. She doesn't put you in a pretzel shape or whatever and use brute force to snap you back into place. The Activator uses speed instead of force. Dr. Molly was very caring and considerate of my hesitation after my horrible experience with Chad Volk. She has absolutely done wonders for me. She is not like other doctors. She actually cares about her patients. She even gives out her home phone number just in case you need her, and believe you me, she will come in on off hours, weekends or she even has come in while she is on vacation! Now what doctor does that!!! My husband even sees Dr. Molly. He was in a lot of pain and she even saw him one Sunday night. She didn't make him stay in pain until the office opened. She came into the office that Sunday night. We both have been her patient for some time and will definitely continue to be. Dr. Molly definitely knows what she is doing and she is extremely good at what she does. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!!! I completely trust Dr. Molly and the care that she gives.
