I will say Selkirk Provincial Park was one of the WORST experiences ever. Now the regulars may enjoy it ... but for someone who travelled to the area it wasn't worth it. We spent most of the time outside the park: Canuyga, Port Dover, Turkey point. We did this because the park isn't big (which isn't the issue). The issue was the Officers being lazy and not doing their jobs. At 3 am every night we were woken up by drunks screaming and yelling. Absolutely no enforcing of the 11 pm curfew. Now I agree 11 pm is early but 1 am would be nice. We stayed in the tent are nonelectric. You absolutely can hear neighbouring campsites easily. The yelling all night and the DOGS barking all day and night basically ruined the trip (dogs at night barking). I read a lot of reviews and thought people were just overreacting... the majority of the complaints were accurate. A nice small park I found to be well cleaned and probably relaxing during slow season. I can't recommend people visiting for a relaxing/fun time/adventurous... not at all.

And amazing! Free wifi on the beach, which in this day sounds redundant but with so many beaches lacking cell service this makes a lot of sense. Parking is simply and easy with a QR code to scan and pick your times and boom! Done!! More places should have this parking system. There is plenty of parking as well as a nice little change hut with outdoor shower that works well to clear the sand of you before changing. Lake Erie has some of my all-time fave beaches ever, with awesome warm clean water, sandbars that move around for excitement and well, those waves just speak for themselves. Highly recommended when in the London/ KW area of southern Ontario.

The water park is quite small and doesn't have any intimidating water slides. It isn't much but for the price I think it delivers a great way to beat the summer heat. It costs about as much as a day at a public pool but the atmosphere is a million times better. The pool has a beach entry which is great for toddlers and they have some inflatable toys for the kids to climb as well. They also have floaties for the pool which adds to the enjoyment. I was quite happy that there were a ton of chairs and loungers to sit on and a lot of lifeguards so I could sit at the edge and relax and read my book while the kids swam. They also offer concession food and the fries were yummy. I would say that this place is a definite must see if you're looking for a way to entertain the kids in the summer and beat the heat.

It was great fun making natural wreaths and swags and learning many tips and tricks along the way. The Park Supervisor, who I belive is new this season is a wonderful woman named Pam who is a wealth of knowledge and has really helped make the park very beautiful this year. They…read moresee a lot of kids here so them remembering your child has any type of medical condition that allows you to be in the pool area (there is a spot for observation for any and all parents and visitors) is not going to happen. Having to argue with some random parent who's dropping off their child because "YOU" get to stay in the pool area is very annoying, especially when staff is right there and the other parent wants to know why you can stay but they can't. Uh...it's none of your business but to be fair, staff could handle this better and they just don't (minus one star). The changing areas are fine but the showers are poorly kept and often smell horrid. I wouldn't bathe there. Overall the place isn't bad but it has some kinks to work out for them to be really any better than a 3 star rating. Go for the mom and tot classes, they are awesome for your child and fun for you. Other classes for kids are still needing improvement from what I saw, mostly because of staff and how they manage their workload.

This place is a destination in Norfolk County. 30 mins off Hwy401. 30 mins from Long Point. Always worth checking out!
