Service up to the point where I signed the deal for a new vehicle was good, since then it's been nothing but delays and excuses.

I was referred to a salesperson after a considerable wait. Felt as if I was passed on to the youngest. Geordy was a nice person but he eminated an attitude that is quite disturbing. The feeling is that we will not Dicker. We are Toyota! I left it that I would call Geordy about a particular model. I did, and then received a text from a sales development person soliciting questions. I called her. Not only did she have no answers, but had what I am referring to as the Toyota attitude. I told her I wanted to pay cash for a car and not have to be penalized for it. I beleive that unless one really has to, or it makes sense interest wise to do so, financing rolling stock is not the best move. She inferred Toyota was doing fine without my business. I suggested that because the company has been unable to "catch up" from covid does not necessarily make them a good company It seems the price of Toyotas are rising weekly. Toyota declared a 64 billion dollar profit for 2024 so maybe I am wrong, or maybe the company is fashioned after the DeBoers business model. Hold back production to demand higher prices. Either way I will not buy from Toyotatown and my advise for those customers waiting orders, look around. There are other good companies out there. In my opinion Toyota may not be trying to catch up, and it appears to be working for them at the customer's expense.

I first went to Toyota North, I know this branch was busy but I was double booked and the sales rep there really made me feel like she could not care less about my inquires or sale. Ben was the complete opposite - I highly recommend this location and working with Ben on your next vehicle purchase. His professionalism was greatly appreciated - Thanks Ben!

This was an amazing dealership. But the experience here is sub-par, for sure. Ordered a new car on…read morethe understanding that it would be in within 4-5 months. Almost a year later, nothing. No communication from the sales rep unless I explicitly contact them multiple times, and basically the best I'm getting is "It won't take much longer" but then I do some online searches and find out other people are getting their same-model, and I'm not moving up in the list. Also find out that there's a tactic of having the model arrive, then be sold to someone else if they can get a higher price. Not necessarily this location, but several reviews confirmed Kia dealers have done that. Sure seems to be the case, when a plain white car (which is one of their most popular, incidentally) can't be obtained in a year. If I'd known the wait was going to be like this, I would have picked something different. The lack of communication and support is what's really getting to me. No help, no support, no communication, no updates, no offer to help in any way. Don't think I'd buy from here again, and don't think I'd get any more service here either because of it. The service people are nice... but I bring it here because I bought the car here... so if I'm not getting any more cars, I'm not bringing it here for service either. Shape up Kia, you used to be a lot better than this.

If I call to see if there is any update on the vehicle since they got the part in to but when I call I understood I am calling to much because I am being annoying I said Okey to service manager I am not going disclose his name at this point I said would you please tell when my vehicle will be done it supposed to be last Friday but I called actually I didn't call I ask my neighbor to call check the status of the vehicle but vehicle still sitting in the parking lot manager said some time next week so I am going share my experience with kia online and talking with friends and neighbors that is all I can do at this point
