He did initially tell me to go to SSA as it was there issue. I had gone prior to this but I took his advice and went again with the same results, them telling me it wasn't their issue. So I called him back to see who else I could talk to, he kept saying to me to call SSA and I told him I wouldn't do that because the day prior I was on hold for 1 and half hours the first time and 3 and half hours the 2nd time and was just wasting my time calling them. He then stated to me which passed menoff was and I quote, "You must be the only person with Medicare and this issue who SSA won't help" like this was my fault and I wasn't doing my part to try to rectify this. Needless to say I believe that his remark to me was very unprofessional and sarcastic. I finally received some assistance from HICAP and will be changing plans. I did ask him about HICAP and all he said was they can't help and only provide information and made it seem like would be wasting my time. We'll I am glad I went to HICAP and they assisted me and will no longer be on the plan he help get me on.

DO NOT IGNORE THIS REVIEW…read more I told Lincoln Heritage to CANCEL my policy and STOP taking money from my account. They took the money anyway. Because of that withdrawal, my bank account is now OVERDRAWN, and I am sitting here worried about how I am going to feed my child because money I specifically told them not to take is gone. That is beyond frustrating. That is devastating when you are already trying to manage bills, food, and everyday responsibilities. When a customer says CANCEL, that should mean CANCEL. It should not mean keep reaching into their bank account and create a financial emergency for their family. Now I am dealing with a negative bank balance, possible overdraft fees, no money for basic necessities, and stress I should have never been put through. Lincoln Heritage, I want my money returned immediately. I should not have to beg for money that should not have been taken after I requested cancellation. Anybody considering this company: DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. Keep your cancellation confirmation, watch your bank account closely, and do not assume the withdrawals have stopped just because you told them to cancel. This experience has been horrible, stressful, and financially damaging to my household.
