I initially had a positive experience with your barbershop, particularly with Patrick, who seemed welcoming. I truly believed I was joining a better community, but unfortunately, my experience turned into a frustrating and disappointing ordeal. I reached out multiple times via phone and text. I received no response, and when I finally decided to call the shop directly, I was informed that my child could no longer be serviced, because he was a hassle and because I stopped bringing my older son. This lack of communication is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable. The reason I stopped bringing my OLDER son was because I made the decision to grow his hair out, and dad liked his previous barber better "for HIM". My two-year-old does have special needs, and I had explained this beforehand. My toddler was not a hassle, as he would fall asleep during all appointments without issue, and upon arrival, he will cry because he knew what time it is. So, my question is, how is my baby such a hassle when he was literally sleeping through the sessions? It seems as though the decision to stop bringing my OLDER son may have been taken personally, which is incredibly disappointing. This situation could have been communicated in a far more professional manner, but instead, I was met with unresponsiveness and what I can only describe as a personal vendetta. It's disheartening that what I thought would be a welcoming community turned out to be just the opposite. I have made my concerns known to the owner, who assured me it would be addressed, but at this point, I will not be returning. I highly caution others to be mindful of the poor communication and lack of professionalism at this barbershop. Patrick's actions were not only disrespectful but left me questioning the values of this establishment. I deserve better, and this experience has been more than a disappointment. I won't stop here--customers deserve clear communication and respect, something this barber failed to deliver. read more

I have been taking my two sons to final kuts for probably about 4 years now. It started with my older son, who is now 9years old, and they also have done my younger sons hair multiple times now, he is 5. This is the only barbershop that both of my sons feel comfortable going to. We come back every time, and most of the time without a scheduled appointment. They have always been open and accommodating to walk-ins. Not only do we continue to return to this business because of the comfort in the atmosphere, but also because they are incredibly good at what they do. I think we have had a haircut done by each barber in the shop now, and I honestly don't have a preference over one, or the other, because they are all outstanding at what they do. I will continue to return to this shop for my son's hair cuts over the years, without a doubt. This guy is super entertaining, the cut was phenomenal and we just chat it up the whole time and before you know it he was finished. Great convo, super chill environment and very inexpensive.
