This crook will ask for your money upfront 3. This crook will tell you he is coming to start work then not show up. 4. This crook will then not answer phone calls or emails. 5. When this crook finally does show up he will mess up your garden and then leave before the job is finished. We are thinking about contacting trading standards and possibly taking this guy to court. Appalling Work and Conduct…read more In the interests of the general public, please NEVER pay this contractor any amounts upfront or as staged payments towards a job until you are satisfied that it has been completed satisfactorily. This contractor asks for payment to cover materials at the commencement of a job and throughout a job claiming he is 'skint' and can not fund any more materials therefore requires payment in order to complete the job. He can not perform work to a reasonable competent standard and after pressing for a proper job to be done, he simply left the site & did not complete the job necessitating us having to pursue him for the return of our funds that he appears unwilling to return given his work is incomplete and shoddy. Please do not contract this company to undertake fencing or block paving. We have recently learned to our cost that this contractor is not competent to erect fencing in a proper manner & in respect of block paving his work his awful and he seems to not know how to lay paving in a conventional manner (all validated by other companies). He has left our premises in a mess and us needing to pursue him for the return of money paid to him. The man has no integrity and is ignoring any requests.
