Claude is an amazing detailer! So glad I found him. I bought a used Jeep a few months ago and hired a local detailer I'd found on Instagram. Long over due review for Claude. I owe it to Claude and Final Appearance Detailing for his passion, knowledge, and his flawless craftsmanship. This ceramic coating is amazing. If you're like me and have a black car, this is a must. I got referred to Claude by a buddy of mine, got the 5 year coating applied about 2 weeks after purchasing my 2021 Jeep Gladiator. I've owned 2 black vehicles in my past and always had difficulty maintaining the color. I couldn't keep up with waxing and clay barring 1 to 2 times a year. When Claude explained to me that the package I was purchasing would only need to be applied once for my 5 years plan. No waxing every six months, no clay barring. Included in my plan would be a yearly inspection and touch up by the doctor himself, Claude. I was sold and a new loyal customer. If you look at the photos I attached, this was literally my 3rd car wash. Pictures taken on March 25th and again this ceramic coat was applied on January 1st. My vehicle is not garaged. I'm the type that likes low maintenance things and this is definitely one of them. Every wash my Jeep gets it just keeps getting better and better. Last October '21 I had my 2008 Tahoe totally repainted. I wanted some protection over the paint so I got a one year ceramic coating as it was my first experience with the process. I was completely blown away how good the truck looked. For a 13yr ish old truck it looks better these ever. Along with the coating the interior carpets and seats where completely steamed cleaned. For my first go around with the process I couldn't be happier. Final Appearance went over and beyond my expectations. Claude Harris, the owner of Final Appearance, is not only a great guy, but more importantly does amazing work. My Aston Martin DB9 had serious water marks on the hood resulting from the radiator exploding and the marks returned no matter how good a detailing job was done. Claude was able to remove the marks and then applying the Ceramic Pro treatment made the black finish shine like polished marble.
