Not very happy with my experience of Filton Central Garage. I went in for an MOT test on a Saturday and the first thing that strikes you is the bad attitude and unfriendliness of the staff. They are not interested in ensuring you can get in and get your car tested and repaired as quickly as possible but more interested in that you are bringing your car back and forward for repairs for which they can charge you what they like. No flexibility with regard to when they are available and can do the work and not customer focused at all on customer needs despite me spelling out what i required and what timeframe was needed. Instead i was ridiculed for not being able to fit in with what they were prepared to offer me and made out to be an idiot because i was testing my car on a weekend and expecting a good service from them. When I advised them that I would go somewhere else i was told good luck when i didn't just accept them trying to persuade me do what fits in with them. (I found another garage and they completed the work as required and for a very good price).; To say i was shocked at their contempt and poor service for a family business would be an understatement. Definetly would not use again even for a simple MOT test as they are clearly incompetent. read more
