We wandered to a bar and tried their egg whites with crab meat - their version of a deviled egg. They had a delicate flavor as can be expected. Now, the flan was extraordinary - smooth and creamy served with whipped cream. Perfection! I've tried many flans from various travels and this one ticked all the boxes!
