The first time I knew this is trustworthy place was when they told us they didn't need to do one of the 'repairs' the dealership recommended. I mean, they turned down business! They said my minivan didn't need it yet. They would tell me when it needed it. Over the years they helped us with various things including choosing our next car to checking out the used car that we wanted to get for our teenagers. Always friendly and always helpful. They responded quickly when I called, and the staff was friendly, patient, and answered all my questions. It took about five weeks to get my car back, but I'm happy with the results. The work looks great, and I appreciate that they offer a lifetime warranty on the paint. However, communication was lacking. I was told by email that I would receive updates, but I never received any. The shop only called once, about two weeks in, to say they were ordering parts. After that, I had to follow up each time to check the status. I was told my car would be ready Friday at the earliest, but definitely by Monday, which was accurate. When I called on Monday, I found out the car was finished but couldn't be released until they received proof of payment from my insurance. I only learned this because I called. After several calls between me, the shop, and my insurance company, the payment was confirmed and I was able to pick up my car. Overall, the quality of work is great, but communication could definitely be improved.

Communication was excellent, and the quality of the repair exceeded my expectations. In December, I unfortunately hit a pole and expected the damage to be expensive. Instead, Jerry took the time to explain that an adhesive remover could address most of the issue and save me money. He even offered to take care of it himself. Afterward, there was only a very minor scratch, which he repaired using touch-up paint. When he was finished, I couldn't tell there had ever been any damage. He didn't charge me and wouldn't even accept a tip. On both occasions, Jerry provided exceptional customer service.
