My experience with Figaro is that it's always quiet and cozy, which is why my friend must have picked it as the venue for our informal catching up and focus group discussion - she wanted to ask me and other friends questions about some product.
We were seated at a corner and yes, it was particularly quiet, save for the noise of one table, so we were able to talk and understand one another quite well.
Our friend treated us, and I ordered the grilled eggplant sandwich, which I haven't had in a long time. It was still as good as I remember, and still definitely one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. It was a panini, which means the bread tastes richer, and inside the sandwich aside from the eggplant were lettuce, grilled sweet peppers, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, and olives.
