I think they're really amping up their customer service because the branch manager is always friendly and chatty, plus they all say goodbye when you leave. Tried to get a mortgage with the officer in this location, Bradley Everhart. Our downpayment randomly jumped in paperwork from 105,000 to 150,000. My family went nuts, started going over the math. Bradley later admitted it was a typo. Not a great sign when you're having to double-check the numbers of the literal bank, but he regularly lied in emails (comparing text and email chains between Bradley with our Realtor and Title Company was really wild), submitted paperwork days or weeks after receiving, and was regularly only responsive for about one 30 minute segment of every day. Routinely went to branch during business hours to find him not there, would be calling and emailing alongside realtor and title company for hours to no response until right at the end of business hours. Attached copy of text records is between myself and the mortgage officer. ------ Edit: After seeing my review and receiving other evidence of Bradley's conduct, Scott Felts, VP of Mortgage Services for the area reached out, and I'm glad to say was not just immensely apologetic about the service we'd had up to that point, and worked hard and swiftly to correct issues while maintaining good communication. He and another mortgage advisor, Mr. Morfe, helped save my home purchase.

I frequent this location quite often as its the closest CU atm for me to go. Lets see where to begin... I love that they don't close till after 7pm M- F and I love that that are open till 2pm on Saturdays. I love that even when they are busy busy on the 1st of the month and on Fridays, they still have 3-4 competent and friendly tellers. There are some things I don't like... but I tend to forget this is a Service Center and not a Regular Credit Union. Oh what else... hmm well I like that the ATM is located indoors and you can Lock the door to feel safer. However I loathe when smokers go inside the ATM area. Because there's no way to avoid the lingering odor. I wish CUFSC would run a fan in there in summer to suck out the heat and circulate the air.

They then had someone on their hands who was not working for them and not banking with them and refused to do anything to remove the hard inquiry. I have to ask why do a hard inquiry at all? I wasn't applying for credit and I hadn't agreed that I would be banking with them. It was wrong of them to not make it known with me that they would be doing the hard inquiry and they need to re-evaluate their practices. They also need to work harder to try and fix their mistakes in moments like this.
