I have called them countless times to regain access and each time , they refuse. I have told employees that we have a court order, a restraining order that does not allow to remove or restrict our joint bank account. They still refused to help with this matter even after I offered them a copy of the order. Mind you my EXs mother works at this branch. I have court orders to pay off all these loans and I am being denied the ability to do so. Also, if they aren't paid, a delinquent payment will go in my credit. Not to mention this is still my account.

This bank is where I opened my line of credit and I began banking with them at 15. It has been 8…read moreyears of me banking with them and I have never once had an issue until 2025. I use to praise this company, but they make mistakes and I do not like mistakes being made with my money. The first instance is when I had a check sent in to pay off a credit card in full. It was a couple grand and after 2 months of wondering why it hasn't been paid off yet and multiple calls to this bank with no avail we discover that who ever received the check decided to place it on my parents account as a large house payment. When confronted and asked how this could happen when our accounts are not tied they said they didn't know, but they did fix the issue and my card was paid off. Fast forward a few months later. I decide I am in the market for a new vehicle. I have an awesome credit score, have never missed an auto loan, and have a good steady income. This company comes back with the most insulting offer they could propose. I call and ask for my 10 day pay off and I am given my 1 day instead, which I do not question because I am not the bank and I am expecting them to give me the 10 day. When the check reaches them it is $26 short and after arguing with them on the phone I had to pay it to close the auto loan. I was basically called a liar and I do not appreciate that because you guys gave me the wrong information. I trusted you. Need to say I took a loan through a different bank and have closed all my accounts with this one. They are completely untrustworthy and will screw you over one way or another. Also, have a nice time trying to get into contact with anybody at this agency because it takes hours of endless phone calls to reach anyone, but when you take a visit inside they are not busy and are just vibing with each other instead of working on their customer service.

I didn't have any issues with my daughter's since she's under 18, but I had major issues with my son's policy since he was 20. I talked to a representative by the name of Casey on 11-10-25, she sounded like she smoked 2 packs a day and was in her 70s or 80s (very delayed responses to my questions). Evidently my son wasn't the policy owner and with the privacy laws she wouldn't tell me who the default policy owner was since my mom passed away. I asked her how I was supposed to fill out the surrender form if I didn't know who the policy owner was and she just kept telling me that she couldn't share that information with me, she never shared the process or policy on how to find that out. All she would've had to tell me is that the executor of the estate is the owner without even sharing a name. Come on people, you work in the insurance industry and don't even know the policy or process when someone dies, this company is a disgrace to its customers and the workers need to be taught to teach their customers about the correct process and help them as a paying customer. I've never been treated like this at my local auto and home insurance company and they all know me by name when I walk into their office. Don't do insurance with someone if they aren't a local company, if they aren't face to face with you, they will treat you like crap. I would give them negative 5 stars if I could.

No accidents, no tickets, nothing changed on my end. I ended up switching to GEICO and cut my premium nearly in half. When I called to cancel no one asked why or seemed to care at all. Not even a basic "Can we help you?" Just a flat and indiferent response. It really felt like my bussiness didn't matter to them. I also had an issue months back when they nearly canceled my policy over something minor without much warning, leaving me scrambling to figure it out last minute.
