I recently returned to Fifth Third bank, having had a mortgage in another state with them and cannot even imagine how the process could have been better. I walked into my local branch. The manager greeted me and I told him I had under 20 minutes to open an account and be back to my office. I gave him my ID he worked on his computer. I signed some paperwork and my account is set up. Plus there's a $350 bonus for my first direct deposit which I'm setting up with my office today I received my debit card in the mail and under a week, including a weekend Downloaded the app and already have access Plus, my initial deposit was a certified check that my credit union wanted to hold for five days. Fifth Third had the funds available for me the very next day. Hands-down, my best banking experience in roughly 40 years read more

Terrible that they keep charging me an 8.00 service fee when I have free checking services. Time for a change

Brittney was rude, condescending, and purposely tried to provoke a reaction from me. Isn't her job to provide a service to the customer? Not to talk down to them?!?
