The branch manager reached out and made things right. My only complaint would be that you can't get through to a corporate official. I really hate going to banks, there's that weird moment where I've always felt like I don't belong…read moreor I'm being talked down to. After years of hating Bank of America with the year after year of awful customer service (I was a Fleet Boston customer, that merger was such an awful experience 12 years ago, that I still get mad at the way my account was messed with), I finally decided to open a proper military account. I chose Navy Fed over USAA because I live so close to this location, and sometimes I like to go in the bank. Walking in, I feel very much at ease and not talked down to. I was able to get some information regarding a joint account and a few other questions answered, in all I felt that for once a bank understood my needs as a military member with the legalities associated to it for my non military spouse. I haven't been to the other locations in Orlando, but compared to the one I've been to in Tampa, this is a smaller location, which makes sense since there is a much smaller active military community here. I do forewarn that the ATM is lowered/handicap height, where as the drive thru ATM is higher, as if for SUVs. This location is perfectly located on a traffic light intersection with access on two sides, so driving to it shouldn't be an issue.
