We use Vystar Credit Union (awesome!), but I had to choose a bank that…read morewas both here in FL and also the state where my parents lived when we were going through probate. I chose Chase Bank. BIG mistake! Both branches I went in were horrible, but this was topped the cake. Large bank and only two people working on a Friday afternoon. WHAT? One teller and one that was helping people open accounts, or do loan stuff, I don't know.... He was in his cubicle. I had to get some papers notarized for Chase Mortgage and then leave them with the bank to send to the mortgage company. We waited for well over 30 minutes, and then when he was our turn, the guy went to the people who came in after us and had only been there for maybe 5 minutes. I waited a lil bit longer and then went and asked him why we were not helped next. He told me it was because the customers spoke Spanish and he was the only person at the bank who spoke Spanish. Ok, my guy, but ummm... you were literally the ONLY person helping people in the lobby. Beyond that, which made no sense, he was horribly rude. I was already familiar with horribly rude at the other Chase Bank in the area. Chase Bank. Never again. That goodness probate is finished and the estate account I had to have there in now closed. Bye folks... forever! Accessibility: Large bank with more than enough room to get around in with zero problems. Accepting of my Service Dog.

    I am a long time customer of Chase. In fact, I have a been a customer of Chase since they bought…read moreout Washington Mutual well over a decade ago. This particular Chase is a newer one and is located next to BJ's Wholesale Club and is not a far ways off of the Interstate for any travelers who need a quick stop at a Chase Bank to do their banking needs. With the BJ's literally next door and they have a common drive-through, I cannot see parking ever being an issue. I have to say that I have always been impressed with Chase's customer service. At my home location, everyone at that location knows be my name and always make me feel at home. I came across this location while in the area conducting business and found the location to be a good location and a branch that woukd make Chase proud. If you need a good bank in this area, I would definitely recommend this Chase location. As I said, I am a long time customer of Chase and I cannot ever remember a serious issue and have had any concern of mine instantly resolved. I am going to give this particular Chase location five stars. If you need a bank, give Chase a try.

    I almost considered moving all of my accounts to Vystar between my personal, my money market, and…read moremy business accounts. And that was because of the great experience I received with three loans from them a couple years ago. I'm not quick to judge and I usually have to test the waters before I make such a large transition. Unfortunately, my experience over time has shown this bank to be very troublesome when there's a problem and there is no quick to anything at this bank. I have three loans with this bank. One of the three is paid off and one of the remaining 2 im constantly needing proof of insurance. I can't understand it I don't know why but the proof of insurance with this bank is the craziest circus I have ever seen. First of all you have to receive a letter to receive a reference number and a pin if you don't have the reference number and the pin the website says to click on the button that says "no reference number or pin" but there's no button there to click,,,, if you call customer service they cant help you they refer you to literally another company that for some reason is the only way they can receive proof of insurance. A declaration of insurance and just having the insurance itself sent to the bank is not enough for them. It is the most asinine thing I have ever seen in my life. This has now caused late fees and their own insurance charges on my loan of which I will not pay. it's a real hoopla of baloney so if you're looking at getting a loan in the beginning it might look ok but how they handle everything on the back end dumbest thing you can do. I cannot wait to get out of this bank. I thank God every day I didn't move my business to this circus.
