I waited in the lobby for 15 mins past my appointment time as I watched the lady whom I had an appointment with chat with her fellow associates and a food delivery person about Jamaican cuisine. Once she realized I was in the lobby she said I'm sorry had I known you were waiting while I was chatting I would have come to get you! I open the savings account sign papers and she said I could not do checking only savings for 90 days because I was a new member. I left with a receipt and paper work. Today is July 12th I couldn't wait till payday and I came to take out a bit of money until payday no where near the amount the They refused said I had to wait until Friday. Ummmm what? A cashiers check is as good as cash, I asked for a bank manager whom was very brash and said we have to verify that the funds are available because cashiers checks sometimes get returned wait what?? Said "manager" said that I could wait in the lobby until they verify the funds. I am now being told I have to wait one hour in this lobby before they can verify my cashiers check. As I'm waiting for the cashiers check to be verified which I was told will take over an hour the woman who opened my account confronts me about her telling me about the hold. I said we never had that conversation, I stood my ground and told her we talked about the time it would take to open a checking account but never was advised that there would be a hold on my funds. Mind you the amount I needed is pretty insignificant compared to my cashiers check. I truly think they are making me wait on purpose....Not only did this leave a terrible experience for customer service at CSE. I'm definitely looking for a new credit union.

I was dealing with a property in FL so I had to change my airline tickets at MY cost, had to pay for lodging for an extra week; this is NOT CHEAP in Pinellas County. I asked for consideration and compensation for these costs. Those requests were denied. My loan amount was small and it should have been done within the promised time line. One person is the lending part was unprepared or under qualified. I will not recommend them nor shall I use them again.

It has been over two months, they pre approved the buyer yet still no decision on their loan. They promise to get back to you but they don't. They promise a decision will be made by the end of the day and it is not and they don't even have the courtesy to let you know the status. They have missed the contract deadline by a month and don't seem to care. Meanwhile you sit with your house off the market and no end in sight. Never do they give a straight answer to inquiries as to what else they may need to bring and end to the loan approval process. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never try to get a loan from this bank.

I have never had any problems. My checking account was compromised once - they called me to alert me, and I got all of my money back within a few days. I love Huntington. I've been inside this location once or twice. Everything has been fine. The parking lot is nice, the ATMs work, it's a convenient location (directly across the street from Walmart). But if you're here at night, be cautious - it's not in a great area.

It happens a few times, does a problem continue every day? Whenever I go to deposit money to this ATM, I cannot deposit money because it gives a "Cash Unavailable" warning. I went at 8:30 AM in the morning had the same problem. I went at 11.40 AM, still have the same problem. Today is day 3rd day and the problem still persist.(01.14.2023) 1- Why put an ATM there if it won't be regularly looked after and taken care of? 2- If you put an ATM, why don't you look? 3- Don't you have a team to take care of these ATMs every morning and evening?
