They recently put in a brand new drive-up ATM. Before this, they only had a walk-up ATM on the outside of the building, which I didn't feel was the safest option. I'm glad that both options are available now. This location is in a busy area that is central to many businesses and schools; it's busy, but it doesn't feel unsafe. And although it's surrounded by a lot of activity, this location isn't necessarily a very congested one. I am always able to use the ATM without waiting in line - or at least without waiting for very long at all. Highly recommend!

I asked for consideration and compensation for these costs. Those requests were denied. My loan amount was small and it should have been done within the promised time line. One person is the lending part was unprepared or under qualified. I will not recommend them nor shall I use them again.

It has been over two months, they pre approved the buyer yet still no decision on their loan. They promise to get back to you but they don't. They promise a decision will be made by the end of the day and it is not and they don't even have the courtesy to let you know the status. They have missed the contract deadline by a month and don't seem to care. Meanwhile you sit with your house off the market and no end in sight. Never do they give a straight answer to inquiries as to what else they may need to bring and end to the loan approval process. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never try to get a loan from this bank.

5 stars for Huntington, 4 stars for this location…read more Huntington is AMAZING. I've been banking with them for over 7 years. I have a checking account, savings account, and my car loan with them. I have never had any problems. My checking account was compromised once - they called me to alert me, and I got all of my money back within a few days. I love Huntington. I've been inside this location once or twice. Everything has been fine. The parking lot is nice, the ATMs work, it's a convenient location (directly across the street from Walmart). But if you're here at night, be cautious - it's not in a great area.
