Her passion for giving great service is evident from the minute you enter her facilities, her genuine interest in the therapies offered and using organic product always leaves you confident that you are in good hands too, and of course and most importantly the end result is brilliant. Her lovely and genuine personality makes me feel like coming to see an old friend for a chat, easily taking the focus away from more painful treatments :-) Needless to say I'd highly recommend Krinna to anyone looking for good service and good value treatment! Although her space may be small it is warm and cozy, filled with sounds of the ocean. Which is quite fitting as It is tucked away in the Oasis Sports Centre (You'll have to check in at the reception.) I booked an appointment for a Hollywood wax and I definitely got the star treatment. In our brief conversation about her homeland (Romania) and the importance of following your dreams, I've learned that waxing and self-care is her's. With 20 years of experience in waxing, she is highly skilled in waxing and is very thorough. Not to mention her presence is very warm and inviting. Her bedside manner is absolutely wonderful and your comfort is her priority. and she explains what she is doing along the way. Danielle was my waxer and she was very professional. The overall experience was as pleasant as possible given how painful waxing is! She even did a great job with my eyebrows. She was also able to deal with how nervous I was about the whole waxing process. I will be returning to Bijou for all my beauty needs! They are purely awesome!

To start with I was very pleased to find her via a google search for hot/hard wax which seems to be far less popular here in London than in New York where I've just moved from. I can't imagine why, it's less painful than the regular stuff and leaves you smoother for longer - a no brainer! I made an appointment for a full leg wax. The studio is bright and impeccably clean, and Jo is utterly professional but at the same time so pleasant and friendly that I felt comfortable straightaway, all nice bonuses. She was quick and efficient, despite the fact that she took care to pull the hairs out in the direction of growth section by section. Best of all, I didn't notice any stray hairs afterwards like I usually do after a full leg wax (the odd missed spot is almost inevitable with such a large area to cover) and I got great value for my money as my legs remained hair-free almost 2 full weeks longer than usual. I've gone from first-time to regular customer in just one visit. Thanks Jo!
