They have indoor storage units that are deep enough to hold boats up to 30' and some may even be deeper. Anchor Inn is also located on level ground unlike several other storage locations that are on hillsides or back in town. It makes it nice and easy to tow my boat in and out. This place is also right down the way from the public launch which I can't say enough about. It's really convenient to launch your boat 2mins from your storage unit. There's really only a couple downsides to Anchor Inn. One would have to be that there aren't electrical outlets in each unit. They have some outside and are shared which is fine as long as your storage neighbors don't have trickle charges going on there RV's, Boats, or toys. Second would be the gravel road and easements. It's well done but concrete would make backing the boat into the storage unit easier and less dirt/dust would blow into the unit as well. The owners are very nice and the rates a competitive to others in the area. All in all I would recommend Anchor Inn to anyone storing there toys in Parker.

The presumption was that I most likely still wanted the storage since an automated check was being received. Anyway, I'm happy to be clarifying and updating the review. Reimbursement is in the works. I would recommend Lakeside as an honest business.

Asked to get my boat out Tuesday of thanksgiving week and told me i was out of luck they are closed all week and would have to come back Monday after thanksgiving to get it out. When i told him i won't be returning with my boat to this storage wreck of a place he responded "Good i was hoping not" just a very unprofessional and rude human being. TAKE YOUR BOAT ELSEWHERE DO NOT GO HERE"

Called about a storage unit. They tell me they'll call back after 2pm to confirm that the unit is…read moreavailable, as they have someone else interested. They call after 2pm and ask me to fill out a digital contract and "try to" send it back completed by 3pm as that is when they close their office for the day. They took my card number for payment over the phone. I got the contract sent over in the evening as soon as I got to my computer. (I was an hour away when she called, and I told her this) Received a call the next morning at 7:45am letting me know they're going to rent it to someone else because I didn't return they're contract quickly enough. Poor customer service. Store your boat somewhere else.
