The person that sold me a $3500 warranty on the vehicle said it was covered from bumper to bumper. This was NOT true. Only mechanical things are covered. Now the seat frame under the drivers seat has broken due to wear. This they say is not covered. It is not covered by my insurance because it is just from wear. I have a little over 61,000 miles on my car it should not be worn out. I am 77 years old and have never known of a seat frame breaking from wear. I came in as a new widow and I think they took advantage of me. I cannot recommend Colombia Honda.

The appointment was this morning and it all went well. The only thing that may cause me to not go there again is that they charge a $160 diagnostic fee that does not apply to fixing the car, just figuring out what might be wrong with it. I've been to places before where there is a charge that would then be applied to the repair, but here they clearly say it is a separate non-refundable fee that would not be applied to repair costs. If they guarantee it's accurate, then it might be money well spent. But if it's not and we end up searching for a cause with multiple fees... I'm really iffy on that. So far that hasn't been the case.
