They removed all cracked and peeling material, applied new adhesive cement over a plastic mesh, then finished off the repairs with an application of synthetic stucco that perfectly matched the color of the existing dwelling. The Crew ( one guy ) was there for three part days 14.5 hrs being generous including lunch breaks and times that I could not say he wasn't there. Product used maybe four gallons JACO Patch; good product costs anywhere from 150.00 to $200.00 per tube of 2 Gallons. All they did was paint this on lots of corners and all penetrations . Did good job doing this. Some things in the bid I guess were not needed. When asked why they did not sweep the roof to better see what to repair was told it was not specified in the bid. work done OK; Cost astronomic.

SFStucco&Roofing redid the entire wall, adding a water barrier, which was not originally installed, along the top of the wall to prevent recurrence of the problem. The repair was quick, and the workmen took great care to protect the plants along the bottom of the wall. The color match is very good, and the wall looks great! About five years ago SFStucco&Roofing replaced the worn-out and leaking tar and gravel roof on the house with a membrane roof. No review, I was not following Yelp then, but they did a very good job. After five years there are no leaks, but when I inspected the roof this spring there were several areas where the membrane had lifted from the roof and torn. The roof is still under warranty. SFStucco&Roofing sent out a team that repaired all the damaged areas that I had seen, and several that I was not aware of. Highly responsive, and I was very pleased with their work.

Hector just finished installing three new gates for our house, one 6 1/2 ft. high., two 4 ft high…read more He went to great lengths beforehand to discuss possible designs, hardware, stains, hinges, emailing us numerous times with examples of each, a sample board of stains, explaining the different effects weather has on different kinds of wood (he recommended alder) and so on. He constructed the gates himself and made them exactly as we'd agreed. I have to say, not only were we pleased, we were actually a little astonished by the beauty of the gates--the craftsmanship and technical expertise and timeliness of the whole project. My wife and I ended up calling him "the artist,"--and we never say that, even to artists! I've never written a yelp review, but in this case it is a pleasure.

We had a very positive experience with the owners and entire team at Always Construction. We gave…read morethem a list of projects that needed to be completed on our home, and they helped us prioritize the most critical work: a new silicone roof, new skylights, and a new deck. Our roof had been leaking in several places, especially around the skylights. The previous repairs had been, to put it kindly, creative--duct tape had been used to patch the roof! The sunroom would leak with heavy rain, despite hiring a prior roofing company to patch it... Needless to say, replacing the roof was a significant project. Always Construction completed the work during a period of heavy rain and much faster than we anticipated. The work was thorough, and we feel an enormous sense of relief knowing we no longer have to worry about leaks. They also built us a beautiful Trex deck on our second floor, which we've been enjoying every day since it was completed. The entire team pays close attention to detail and takes pride in their work. We were quoted exactly what we ultimately paid, with only a small additional cost because they needed to address the previous poor patchwork on our sunroom, where the duct tape had contributed to significant leaking around old skylights. Thank you, Julian and Jr., and the entire Always Construction team. We truly appreciate the quality and hard work you put into our home!

Good thing is they came back to fix. Bad part is they sprayed my clear WINDOWS with paint. Good news is they said they would come clean it. Bad news is THEY DID NOT come clean, though they cleaned 1/2 of the windows. This is a family owned business and the workers are nice. But if the owner or son is not on the crew you're going to get awful work. Upside- it was $1300 for repairs. Downside- you get low cost repair that does not withstand the rest of time. I don't know if I'll use them again, the difficult part is that a lot of stucco companies will only redo your WHOLE house, so for touch-up repairs you're limited in options. Tisuque Stucco sent me to them.

If you are looking for anyone whom you could trust to do high quality stucco work, reach out to no one else other than Perez Plaster (I did have a few quotes came in...but felt like other people were more into selling their services to subcontract the work out rather than doing quality/detailed work for me).
