Linda Bach's office, staff, and service really are as good as it gets!…read more I was referred to Dr. Bach by a coworker who raved about her! She was absolutely correct! Parking is easy, there are several spots directly outside the venue. When you walk in, there's a waiting room that reminds me of a quaint, historic house. The front desk staff is very friendly, the ladies in the room were giggling and laughing about something when I entered, which automatically made me smile and feel comfortable... like they were enjoying their job, not just sitting there miserably. I waited in the waiting room for almost 10 minutes prior to being called back to a room. A nurse visited me after about 5 minutes to take my vitals and gather my medical information. She was very sweet and friendly. Then, I waited for another 20-30 minutes before seeing Dr. Bach. I was starting to get antsy, especially since I had made an appointment and it was now about 30 minutes past the appointment time; however, Dr. Bach made me feel welcome and cared for. Moreover, the office and rooms are very quaint, cottage-like and there are plenty of interesting antique-like items to admire. Anyways, Dr. Bach sat at the table with me and made me feel like a friend rather than a patient. She was very knowledgable, professional, kind, personable, and caring! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Linda Bach's office!
