In addition to beer there was a lot of merchandise available for sale. We grabbed some coasters, magnets, glasses, and bottle openers to bring back to NY for our friends. The line was a bit long but there were three cashiers so it moved pretty quickly. They accept both cash and credit. The pack your items well in a signature Samuel Adams shopping bag. The bottles are wrapped with foam to ensure they don't break or bang against one another. There is a cardboard cut out of Sam Adams near the exit so you can take a bunch of silly pics with it on your way out. If the parking lot is full street parking isn't so bad even on weekends. We parked about two blocks away near the residential area.

BSL offers a great selection of beer, wine and spirits in Roxbury, there are not any other similar stores in the immediate area that offer the range of booze that BSL does. I have been shopping here for years and while the staff probably cannot recommend a great wine, they have an amazing selection of quality wine at really great prices. Beyond the surprising wine selection is a great staff; a few years ago I asked them to carry a particular beer, they were happy to oblige and the store now carries a nice selection of decent beer. Also noteworthy is the cheap/sale items that they have, you can pickup a great bottle of wine for $5 that would be priced at $10- $15 at other places or other random things here for cheap!

Upon reflection of my time here, Camilo Market has been my favorite business in my neighborhood. Beer and wine selections are plentiful (so are the spirits, but I usually buy the aforementioned more frequently.) The staff is friendly, hospitable and always willing to lend a helping hand (no literally--I'm 5 feet tall so I always get a hand when I can't reach the high stuff--thanks y'all!)
