Would love to give them ZERO stars. Don't bother going here. Showed up as soon as they opened on a Friday morning, ended up taking the individual we worked with (John S.) about an hour to get through everything. He failed to have us sign a form (he had to overnight it to me, then I had to overnight it to my brother, and then back to fidelity) and didn't upload some of our legal documents. I've called back multiple times, and can never get anyone on the phone. I was told to upload said documents that I brought in the first time through their secure online messaging, but the files are too big (unsurprising, these are legal documents). The VP branch leader, Megan Hrabe, called me back, left a voicemail, but no callback number and it's clear from her voicemail that she doesn't understand the frustrations. We are going on THREE WEEKS of trying to finalize all information for a Trustee Certification even though we came prepared to the appointment with all information in hand. Don't waste your time, go to a different branch or move your money elsewhere. We will be.

Thanks to Caesar, his customer service skills were A1. I don't think I've ever been helped by someone so patient and kind at the same time. He waited for me to login and download the Fidelity app and log in to that, took me step by step through the process. It made me feel confident and safe about what I was doing, this man deserves all the praise!!!!

I enrolled in Online Trading Academy's Mastermind program based on how the program was presented…read moreduring the sales process. The enrollment discussions emphasized structured guidance, ongoing support, strategy development, and a learning environment designed to help students apply rules consistently with disciplined risk management. While instructional components were provided, my experience did not fully align with the expectations set at enrollment. Certain tools and community features that were described as meaningful parts of the learning ecosystem were either unavailable or did not function in the way I understood they would. Although alternatives were mentioned, the overall structure and accessibility felt different from what I anticipated when making the enrollment decision. I understand that OTA identifies itself strictly as an educational institution and not as an investment advisory or signal service. However, the way trade examples, success narratives, and consistency concepts were framed during marketing and class discussions contributed to expectations that, in my personal experience, were difficult to reconcile with real-world results. This review is not about individual instructors or staff professionalism. My interactions were generally professional. My concerns relate to program value relative to enrollment representations and the overall experience compared to the expectations created during the sales process. Prospective students should conduct thorough independent research, review the curriculum carefully, ask detailed questions about how support systems function in practice, and fully understand refund and contract terms before enrolling. It may also be helpful for consumers to be aware that the company has previously been subject to a Federal Trade Commission enforcement action resulting in a court-ordered injunction governing certain advertising and sales practices. That information is publicly available and may be relevant context when evaluating the program. This reflects my personal experience and perspective so others can make informed decisions.
