David would say he is working on information for us but never follows up. We needed to update payment information and did not get assistance from David in a timely manner. The insurance company referred us to speak to our broker when we tried to make the change directly through the company. The are too many steps and hurdles to overcome, especially when communication is lacking on the broker's part. We had higher expectations as we found Arizona National Insurance through Dave Ramsey's recommended ELP, but over the years that excitement and trust has dwindled as we recognized our family's need for customer service is no longer a priority or valued.
