My appointment (just over 50 units) lasted about 45 minutes ....not because the injections took that long, but because they truly took the time to understand my goals. They had me look in the mirror and walk through exactly what I wanted: subtle lifts, micro-adjustments, and the areas that mattered most to me. We prioritized thoughtfully so I stayed under 60 units while still addressing my top concerns. I've never had that level of detail and care before. They also treated areas that are typically uncomfortable for me (including a lip flip and nasal area), and they were incredibly gentle. I did think she was going to abuse me the first time, but she made me feel like Jack & Rose in the Titanic "You jump I jump!" She held my hand the whole way thru. Not only did she hold my hand... I told her my favorite movies are ROCKY's... why did this woman play the song Eye of the Tiger LOL I know I have a ways to go and may not know the direction I will go. I do know that Lydia has my back and will have yours too. She is extremely knowledgeable, customer savvy, funny and direct to the point.
